About the Role

About the Role
We seek a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Specialist Cash and Banking overseeing Marketing, Coal and Olympic Dam.
• Ensure conformance with the BHP Billiton Charter, the BHP Billiton Group Level Documents, Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations.
• Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development
• Identify emerging trends or problems regarding outstanding balances in cash and banking account, perform daily cash reconciliations including journals to ensure SAP GL balance ties with bank statements and contribute to the resolution of business queries and disputes
• Manage cash and banking clearing, including investigation and follow up with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely resolution
• Prepare weekly cash forecast and analysis report on the cash management position to support Group Treasury decision making
• Review and reconciliation of relevant general ledgers to ensure transactions are recorded accurately, follow up with stakeholders and clear reconciling items
• Preparation of briefing papers and Stewardship Review at financial reporting dates
• Act as Key User supporting Cash and Banking processes, global process standardization, SOX compliance and provide internal/external audit support.
• Support and build relationships with co-located accounting and reporting, finance business partners, asset and operations stakeholders based in various locations globally
• Continuous drive for process improvement by assisting with the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the team and processes

About You
• Must have a strong financial reporting background, excellent analytical skills, and sound understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain optimal customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with focus on accuracy, validation and problem solving.
• Demonstrated experience working in either an SAP or Oracle-based (or similar large ERP system) general ledger, business warehouse and consolidation system environment.
• Proficiency MS Excel skills to be able to work efficiently and effectively in using large volumes of data.
• Proven ability to operate in a deadline driven environment.

About the Role
As the Head of Ecosystem, you will lead BHP Innovation’s global Ecosystem Development team, providing the vision, strategy and support required for this team to deliver material value to BHP. About the Role
Accountabilities
• To assist in the review of the facility geotechnical studies and interface with external geotechnical specialists for ensuring adequate controls are in place to minimize dam and closure risks;
• Engage the site managers, functional leads and the Engineer and Designer of Record in design, implementation and changes of systems and processes for managing dam and closure risks;
• Oversight of field programs at various sites in our portfolio
• Contribute to annual operational and sustaining capital budget preparation by supplying costs and recommendations;
• Collaborate with operations, engineers and maintenance personnel to continuously ensure good performance of tailings, and water management areas and to identify associated improvements including the tailings and site water management;
• Actively support operation's water team and engineers with analysis of material properties, water loss parameters, and operational changes for TSFs;

The Team Leader also provides oversight of all shift staff in the direct care as well as the implementation of the treatment plan and personal supervision of residents and students on their shift. This position is Monday – Friday 6:30am – 2:30pm.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Qualified applicants must be at least 18 and have a High School Diploma or GED
• Two years supervisor experience
• One year of childcare experience in a residential treatment facility for adolescents.
• General computer skills/knowledge
• CRMA certified or willing to become CRMA certified.
• Satisfactory reference and background checks. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities of the Team Lead:
• Train/teach social and independent living skills and manage behavior through Collaborative Problem Solving: Think Kids put in place by GWH.
• Observe and/or monitor youth to insure their health and safety.
• Teach, train, and monitor social, independent living and life skills development.
• Complete/collect any incident reports by the end of shift or by 9:00 a.m. the next working day to include Mainecare documentation, EIS reports.
• Always maintain appropriate adult/child boundaries.
• Review for accuracy and completion of youth progress notes in AWARDS entered by DSP’s.
• Manage BHP staff to ensure all functions of the shifts and schedule are complete.
• Attend all meetings and trainings as directed by the Program Manager.
• Transport youth to appointments/meetings as directed by the service plan or Program Manager.
• Serve as a positive role model for youth by exhibiting skills taught in the program and adhering to all Good Will-Hinckley policies and guidelines.
• Be responsible for writing/completing/submitting any and all youth documentation required by the Master Service Plan, program needs, or as directed by the Program Manager.
• Complete staff development and supervision documentation as required by Program Director for all staff in your supervision purview in a timely manner (Performance evaluations, counseling/Disciplinary write ups) and deliver to Human Resources.
• Work with GSLC Program Manager during school to communicate Roundel youth appointments.
• Work with GSLC Program Manager and Evening shift Team Lead to report any youth issues during the day.

Good Will-Hinckley is seeking a Team Lead for their Roundel Residential Program, to be based on their beautiful campus in Hinckley, Maine serving boys and girls ages 12 to 21. The Team Leader is primarily responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of the youth.
